6 crores Jewelery for Shriya

Mallanna film (Kanthaswamy in tamil) was almost complete except for a song. Recently, the crew was at Italy shooting a song sequence featuring Vikram and Shriya. This song sequence witnessed Shriya adorned with a costume worth a jaw dropping amount of Rs. 26 lakhs. Lo behold, this is not the end. She was wearing diamond jewelry costing a whopping Rs. 6 crores. It was reported that the hiring charge alone for the jewels was Rs. 5 lakhs per day.The crew was heard saying that they had canned the film in places in Italy which has not been visited hitherto by any film team. Kanthaswamy, directed by Susi Ganesan and produced by Thanu, is turning out to be a very expensive project indeed
