Nayan was even supposed to have come to Bangalore last Sunday to be part of the film’s muhurat. The film’s producer, Muni Rathna, says, “Ravichandran spoke to Nayanthara over the phone and explained her role in the film to her. She was really excited about the film.” But apparently, the actress has now backed out of Kichaka because she’s not willing to show skin or wear a swimsuit. Which is surprising, considering she wore a bikini in Billa. Nayan, however, has reportedly done an about-turn and only wants to do roles for which she wears sarees from now on. That’s because, according to our sources, the actress is getting married to director-choreographer Prabhu Deva early next year. It’s even said that she isn’t committing to many films because of her impending marriage. As far as Kichaka is concerned, the makers are on the lookout for an actress to replace Nayanthara. “The director told us that if she doesn’t fit our subject, we’d have to look out for someone else who suits the character. So, we’re looking for a new face,” says Muni Rathna.
