Bumper offer Remaking with Akshay Kumar

At the success meet of Bumper Offer held on October 25, producer-writer of the film Puri Jagannadh has made a surprising announcement saying he received a phone call from a Bollywood director, whom he did not name, who is interested in remaking the film in Hindi. The Hindi version will Akshay Kumar who is also touted as the star in the remake of Ravi Teja's Kick (though not finalised as yet because Salman Khan's name is also doing rounds). Bumper Offer released only a day prior to the success meet is doing well at the box office, with youth and mass audience thronging to theatres in big numbers. Story of a mechanic guy who falls in love with a millionaire's daughter, the film is a fun-filled flick in which the hero strips the business magnate father of his riches. It is to be seen how the film will be translated by Bollywood-wallahs.
