Renowned Film Journalist BA Raju was conferred with Dasari Award for Film Journalist for the year 2008. BA Raju has been the producer, PRO and also the editor of the film magazine ‘Super Hit’. He has been the personal advisor for many stars in Telugu film industry.
Dasari Award is going to be given away to BA Raju on 4th May (birthday of Dasari Narayana Rao) and the venue is yet to be decided. Along with a citation a cash of Rs 1 Lakh will be given away in the form of award.
Earlier this award was shared by 2 journalists for the year 2007 but now BA Raju becomes the first journalist to take the award in single.
