Jalsa is in sizzling hot zone


Jalsa was already in news as it has the lethal combination of Pawan, Trivikram and Ileana. Now with political parties showing interest, the film has gone into sizzling hot zone. This is almost close to heat generated by Rajnikant's Shivaji. Jalsa, which runs for almost 3 hours, got a U/A certificate on Thursday.
On other hand, Jalsa, is giving politicians in Andhra, sleepless nights. Yes you read it right! Reason for this is that Chiranjeevi will be announcing his political plans this Ugadi. This report has put politicians into action and most of them are trying to book theatres on the release day, which happens to be the 2nd of April. Some leaders on coastal Andhra have gone a step ahead and blocked the theatres for entire week.
Rumours are that, if this film turns out to be big blockbuster, Pawan Kalyan and Chiru would not waste time in making thier stand clear on politics. Ruling Congress party is vying to take lease of the theatres in a bid to keep Chiranjeevi fans in the party cheering.
The regular norm is that, when a big film releases politicians and business men book large scale of tickets. But Jalsa starts a new trend where the theatre is blocked for a whole week. Sailaja theatre has been blocked for one week by Vijayawada east legislator Vangaveeti Radhakrisha. Kankipadu legislator Devineni Nehru is also said to be negotiating with the exhibitors.
